The 8035 Workout is our standard small group class which offers two unique options for your daily workout - go for our “Classic” high intensity functional fitness option OR focus on simpler strength and conditioning with BUILT!

Fortify is our low-impact fitness program helping seniors stay strong, confident, and active.

Excel is our youth strength & conditioning program geared toward improved sports performance and health through strength, speed, mobility, and injury reduction.

(Please note that classes are approximately 1 hour, with the exception of lunch-hour classes which are 45 minutes.)
