Classic/BUILT are our standard small group classes which offer two unique options for your daily workout - go for our “Classic” high intensity functional fitness option OR focus on simpler strength and conditioning with BUILT!
Fortify is our low-impact fitness program helping seniors stay strong, confident, and active.
Excel is our youth strength program geared toward improved sports performance and health through strength, speed, mobility,l and injury prevention.
(Please note that classes are approximately 1 hour, with the exception of lunch-hour classes which are 45 minutes.)
