CrossFit/BUILT is standard small group classes which offer two unique options for your daily workout - go classic CrossFit OR dial down the intensity and focus on strength and more classic strength and conditioning with BUILT! Options for everybody!

Fortify is our low impact, low intensity class, intended to facilitate aging with awesomeness.

Excel is our youth strength program geared toward improved sports performance and health through strength, speed, mobility and injury prevention.

(Please note that classes are approximately 1 hour, with the exception of lunch-hour classes which are 45 minutes.)
